Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations and support the build-out of scalable financial processes. This role oversees full-cycle accounting, reporting, and internal controls while partnering cross-functionally across the business.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, general ledger)
· Oversee billing, vendor payments, and cash flow
· Lead monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
· Support budgeting and forecasting activities
· Partner with external accountants on tax and compliance
· Establish and maintain internal controls and procedures
· Collaborate with Operations and Sales on revenue tracking
· Assist with ERP system utilization (Business Central preferred)
Qualifications
· 5–8+ years of accounting experience
· Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting
· Experience in a small or growing company preferred
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· ERP experience (Business Central a plus)
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
· CPA (or progress toward) is a plus
