Temporary Sourcing Surcharge

In recent months, our costs to source and deliver inventory to our Petaluma facility have fluctuated frequently and unpredictably, varying by shipment and product category. These rapid shifts make traditional fixed pricing increasingly difficult to maintain. 

 Rather than embedding these fluctuations permanently into our base prices, we have decided to introduce a Sourcing Surcharge on affected products. This approach: 

• Provides transparency into sourcing conditions and reflects real-time changes 
• Allows us to quickly adjust, reducing or removing the surcharge as costs stabilize 
• Preserves long-term price stability by avoiding repeated base price increases 

The surcharge will be reviewed regularly and adjusted in line with changes to our landed costs. Our intent is to use this only as a flexible and temporary mechanism.
