This new entity allows Scott Premium to better support evolving customer needs and compete against closure focused competition. Operationally, it allows for greater specialization, operational independence, and long-term sourcing stability.

3. What does this mean for existing customers?

There is no disruption to production, quality, or service—customers will continue working with the same teams, receiving the same service, quality, and support.

4. Will my current orders or deliveries change?

No. All existing orders and commitments will be fulfilled as planned with no delay.

5. Will my contacts or support team change?

No. Your current sales and service contacts remain the same.

6. Has anything changed in product quality or standards?

No. All sourcing and quality control processes in Portugal remain the same, as does our cork production and quality testing standards here in California.

7. What new capabilities does this venture bring?

The combined platform expands the product portfolio and strengthens sourcing, offering a more comprehensive range of closure solutions.

8. What is the relationship with ACIC Cork & Closures?

ACIC Cork & Closures is now part of Scott Premium Closures, expanding the portfolio with cork, capsules, and related products.

9. Will invoicing or billing change?

Yes. All future invoices will be issued by Scott Premium Closures as the new legal entity. Be sure to have your financial department setup Scott Premium Closures LLC as a new vendor in your IT systems.

Note if you buy fermentation, filtration or other non-closure products from Scott Laboratories, you will now have a separate account number for your closure orders with Scott Premium Closures.
